Grandma and Grandpa came to visit from Wisconsin, so yesterday we took them to the mountains. We drove up the Beartooth pass and spent a little time at the scenic overlook. It is so beautiful, and such a climb to get up there! We headed back down the mountain, but stopped to go for a little hike (3.5-4 miles). Russ, my parents, the girls and I all had a lovely time. Even Evie enjoyed looking around at all the trees while we trompped with her all over the mountain.

Sydney and Tara climbing all over everything

Tara had to show her muscles after climbing onto this big rock
Sydney stopped to smell some wildflowers on our hike
One of the only times Tara let someone in front of her on the hike

This is a huge boulder that is cracked. What a perfect place to climb and play in!

Sydney and Tara enjoyed being on top of the world--but they had to climb on everything!
While "on top" Syd and Tara enjoyed the wildlife
