Just another ride!

Miraculously, Russ and I actually got to go on a bike ride together this morning! We drove to the beginning of the ride and met up with our team. It was a tough ride with a lot of hills. We rode to Molt, which is a four-building town (one of which is an outhouse), then we turned around and rode back to Billings. The ride back was amazing--it was downhill, and they were good hills! Russ got up to 46.2 mph, and I got up to 43. What a rush! (Admittedly, we were a little slower when we rode up the hills.) The ride was 30 miles, but when we got back to the car, Russ was kind enough to allow me to ride the rest of the way home while he drove the car back. So I went an additional 9 miles home.

The first two photos are when Russ and I were on the flats heading back to Billings. I thought it would be fun to take some pictures while riding.

This picture is of Russ and me together--to prove that on rare occasions we actually get to ride together. And no laughing at my attire--I can't fit into my cycling clothes yet, so I wear whatever fits.
I made this video while riding next to Russ.

Ride Russell, ride!
