Summer fun!

Since the weather has been gorgeous, the girls have been spending most of their free time outside. Last week we bought them a new pool and they have played in it nearly every day. So after Russ got home from his bike ride today he ran outside and showed the girls how to water fight. They learned quickly!

Tara was too small of a target and kept getting sprayed in the face, so she took a break to play on the swings.

This last photo is "Tara's tree" much like Charlie Brown's sad little Christmas tree. Last week Tara thought it would be fun to climb one of the aspens that we planted last year. She snapped it in half. Russ dug it out and bought a new aspen a few days ago. It is one sad little tree, but we are hoping it catches up to the other two quickly.

Sydney has one week of school left, and then summer can officially begin for us! Of course, next week the temps are suppose to drop into the 60's. That's Montana!

** I should also mention that today Russ broke 1000 miles on his road bike (47 miles today)! I guess I have a lot of catching up to do!
