After our bike ride/hike, we changed our clothes and headed to our next adventure. We spent several hours floating down the beautiful Henry's Fork of the Snake River.
Check out Russ' hat. Only he could pull it off. The "hair" is just the right color!
See ya later!
"Seriously? I have to take care of Evie?"
Syd's life jacket is awesome, isn't it? It did the job!
Sydney LOVED rowing
Tara enjoyed it too...
but her favorite part was getting into the river
Just looking at these pictures is relaxing.

Syd is a lot like me when it comes to pictures...
Despite the sunscreen and partial cloud-cover, we still managed to get sun-burned. By the time pulled out of the river we were exhausted, but we decided to stop by another little spot to feed some fish and ducks. Pics weren't too exciting, so none here. It was a fantastic day, and we had a great time playing as a family. Russ even got to "rescue" us in the river. Henry's Fork is a slow river and it was a windy day, so when the river turned into the wind we actually blew upstream. After fighting it for a while with paddles (me holding a tired baby, and Russ trying to keep the other girls in the raft), Russ finally gave up, hopped into the river, and pulled the raft through until the river narrowed and picked up speed.
We went back to the cabin, said our goodbyes, and drove to Idaho Falls--still in swimsuits, exhausted, sunburned, scratched and bruised, but ready for our next adventure.
