Sarah and I were discussing her finding and training for a half marathon sometime after the baby is born. She asked if I would do it with her and I agreed to a 5K. I don't enjoy running nearly as much as she does. In fact, I think its self inflicted torture but if it helps me get in shape, I'll do it - to an extent. Anyway, we are still going to do our 33 mile bike ride in the beginning of August and our MS 150 at the end of August so it sounds like we've got some cross training to do. I had this in mind:

Of course, my 5k will be before the MS bike ride so maybe I'll revise my cross training workout to this after the race:

Good luck with the training. I wish I would get off my bum and do something like that. You guys are so good.
i would totally go with the couch bike Russ! Mike might even help you! That way sarah and I can go do the 1/2 marathon! I am going to do one in Aug or Sept... you should come to where ever we are to do it too! We can get Momma capps to take the babys!
Sarah, I can't believe you are planning on doing the MS ride this year after having a baby a few months before. That is awesome. I'll be lucky if I can walk around the block in August. I'll need you to come be my trainer to get me back in shape.
